Once your refund has been approved, processing times will depend on your payment method and bank. **Card payments** Refunds to credit or debit cards typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account after we've issued them, though some banks can take up to 10 working days. **When we issue the refund** We aim to process approved refunds within 1–2 working days of confirming your claim. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued from our end. **What to do if you haven't received it** If it's been more than 10 working days since you received your refund confirmation and the funds haven't appeared, we'd recommend checking with your bank first, as processing times can occasionally vary.
